REGULATION FOR THE REGISTRATION OF HIGH SCHOOLS

Student admission is available only on October 28 and 29, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM, at Allianz MiCo Milano.

Only ONE class from the final year of school is permitted.

The first 6 schools to apply (three for each day) will be accepted for the trade show visit, provided they submit their request to the organizer, RX Italy, via email to chiara.ferreri@rxglobal.com by September 21.

Requests received after the specified date will not be processed.

The 6 registered schools will be divided between the two event days (October 28 and 29); when applying, schools must indicate their preferred date from the two days dedicated to schools via email.

There must be one supervising teacher for every 15 students. Class size must not exceed 25 students.

How to request access to the trade show:

To request complimentary admission, simply send a request on the school’s letterhead listing the names of the accompanying teachers.

Once the organizing office accepts the request, the school (represented by the applicant) will receive an invitation letter. This letter must be presented at the Gate 3 Reception (Viale Eginardo) along with the full list of visiting students' names.

One-day event access passes will be issued at the Reception.

We rely on the full cooperation of the accompanying teachers—who are responsible for the management, behavior, and conduct of the visiting class—to ensure maximum engagement for the students, the visual communication professionals of the future.
