At stand E08 at VISCOM, B-FLEX Italia will showcase to the Italian audience the many innovations featured in its new 2025 catalogue. As a Global Hub for textile customization materials, the company will present its ultra high-performance DTF film, which delivers vibrant colors, sharp details and outstanding wash resistance. It is paired with a high-performance adhesive that activates at low temperatures, ensuring professional results and increased production speed.

Plenty of new developments are also coming to the heat transfer vinyl line: new series, finishes and colors designed to meet every creative need. Among them, the BF 700 and GIMME5 lines with over 60 colors and wash resistance up to 100 cycles at 90°C will be enriched with new shades.

The BF PUFF series, one of the most popular and visually striking, offers many color options to make every customization project unique with bold, three-dimensional effects.

The BF SANDY GLITTER line is being refreshed with 20 new shades, bringing the total to 44 ultra-fine glitter options, including 6 NEON colors and a Rainbow variant, perfect for the fashion world.

Completely new is the BF SILICONE serie, available in black and white and in three thicknesses (180, 300, 650 microns). It’s designed for sportswear and fashion garments, offering a rubbery finish, excellent grip and maximum durability.

At Viscom 2025, we will showcase advanced technological solutions designed to meet the needs of a wide range of sectors from graphics and education to craftsmanship and industry. Taking center stage in our exhibit will be the brand-new Fresnor V, a CNC router equipped with a CCD camera, perfect for those seeking precision, versatility and optimized workflow.

The machine supports a variety of operations thanks to a wide range of tools, including a 1500W spindle, an oscillating knife, a crop mark reading system and among optional accessories, a creasing tool. The zoned horizontal vacuum table ensures optimal material hold by focusing suction exactly where it’s needed. The Fresnor V features an integrated PC with control cabinet and is compatible with software such as Artcam, enRoute, Type3, CamBam and others. Additional features include water cooling, autofocus, automatic lubrication, and chip extraction system.

In addition to the Fresnor V, we’ll present other next-generation machines at the fair:

• Vajant 1300 – CO₂ cutting laser, 1300x2500 mm working area, up to 450W power
• Epilog Fusion Pro 36 – CO₂ laser plotter, 914x610 mm working area
• SPLUA UV Galvo Laser – For ultra-precise marking on delicate materials
